Dj Lumoney was very easy to work with-quick responses,straight up guy ,honest – he says his word is his bond and this is very true.
Being a great person is important and then there’s the music –
his selections are AWESOME! He’s knows how to keep the crowd moving, reads the crowd, plays it by ear, mixes it up right to transition properly from song to song, genre to genre.
I requested he play some specific genres, some of which he wasn’t familiar with but he’s not afraid to learn and take on the challenge- he’s got a great ear and is very accommodating.
I asked him to mix it up and throw stuff in i didn’t request if he felt it was appropriate to keep the crowd going and he did that well.
I /we had such a great time during my birthday, my friends loved him, the caterer loved – many asked for his number!
I really appreciate the fact that he enjoys what he plays and enjoys himself when he plays. His specialty is top 40/club and that is the best if you want a fun party!!! He also played regetton, reggae, hip hop, latin free style, fun 80’s and 90’s and some house as I requested.
Lastly, He mc’s well, when appropriate. His fog machine, lights and set up are professional looking.
I interviewed a couple djs through Thumbtack and he won me over on the phone with his professionalism and positive attitude and he absolutely did not disappoint me in person.
